These Terms govern purchases from and use of weavebloom.shop, operated by Seldon Capital Lp under the store name weavebloom.

Using Our Store

You must not interfere with website security, introduce malicious software, commit fraud, or infringe another person’s rights.

Products and Descriptions

We aim to describe products accurately. Screen settings may affect displayed colors. Any material specifications, dimensions, or care requirements will be stated on the relevant product page.

Prices, Shipping, and Taxes

Prices are displayed in the currency identified on the website or at checkout. Any shipping charge is shown before payment.

Orders with a merchandise subtotal greater than US$30, after discounts and before shipping, qualify for free standard shipping. The applicable charge for other orders is displayed at checkout.

We cover applicable sales taxes, import duties, and customs charges for orders accepted for delivery to the United States and United Kingdom. Customers will not be asked to pay additional tax or duty charges beyond the displayed checkout total. If a carrier requests such payment, contact us for assistance.

Orders and Payment

An order-receipt email confirms that we received your order. Acceptance occurs when we send a dispatch confirmation, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may decline or cancel an order for a genuine reason, such as unavailable inventory, suspected unauthorized payment, or a material pricing error. We will notify you and refund any payment collected for a canceled order. We will not increase the price of a paid order without your agreement.

Delivery and Returns

Orders are normally dispatched within 2–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 20–45 calendar days after dispatch.

Revised Terms apply to future transactions from the stated effective date. The Terms applicable when you placed an order continue to govern that order unless a change is legally required or agreed with you.
